Cranberry Relish Recipe
Serves:
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup navel orange, peeled and diced
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp. orange zest
⅔ cup water
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. corn starch
½ + ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
2 pinches ground clove
2 pinches ground allspice
2 pinches ground cardamom
10 packets tabletop stevia
Instructions
Dissolve corn starch in water
In a small saucepan, combine the starch mixture and all other ingredients, except vanilla extract.
Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and hold for five minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Allow to cool completely and serve.
