Cranberry Relish Recipe
Serves: Makes 8 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup navel orange, peeled and diced
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • ⅔ cup water
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. corn starch
  • ½ + ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 pinches ground clove
  • 2 pinches ground allspice
  • 2 pinches ground cardamom
  • 10 packets tabletop stevia
Instructions
  1. Dissolve corn starch in water
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the starch mixture and all other ingredients, except vanilla extract.
  3. Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and hold for five minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Allow to cool completely and serve.
