Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
½ cup miso paste, (red)
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
5 tabletop packets of stevia
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 Tblsp Mirin Cooking Wine
¼ cup water
4 salmon fillets
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Place salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Brush salmon with glaze.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve with a side of steamed green beans or asparagus.
