A recent survey of parents in the United Kingdom and France sought to understand parents’ attitudes of nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners in a time when obesity rates are heightened worldwide. The PureCircle Stevia Institute and PureCircle jointly presented the findings at the recent 2015 Experimental Biology meeting. The objectives of the study were:

  1. To establish an understanding of awareness and perception for stevia and other sweeteners in the market.
  2. To determine acceptance of stevia in foods and beverages, including products adults would give to children.

The findings are highlighted below in the poster that was on display at EB 2015.
