Experimental Biology Poster Highlights Consumer Perceptions About Stevia In the U.K., France
A recent survey of parents in the United Kingdom and France sought to understand parents’ attitudes of nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners in a time when obesity rates are heightened worldwide. The PureCircle Stevia Institute and PureCircle jointly presented the findings at the recent 2015 Experimental Biology meeting. The objectives of the study were:
- To establish an understanding of awareness and perception for stevia and other sweeteners in the market.
- To determine acceptance of stevia in foods and beverages, including products adults would give to children.
The findings are highlighted below in the poster that was on display at EB 2015.
