Ingredients
- 2 oz. Champagne
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pack of stevia tabletop
- 1 oz. raspberry liquor (like Chambord)
Instructions
- Combine raspberry liquor, lemon juice, stevia in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
- Strain into a champagne flute
- Top with Champagne
- Garnish with blackberries and fresh mint sprigs
- Serve immediately
