Ingredients
- ½ cup miso paste, (red)
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 5 tabletop packets of stevia
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 Tblsp Mirin Cooking Wine
- ¼ cup water
- 4 salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Brush salmon with glaze.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Serve with a side of steamed green beans or asparagus.
