Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  • ½ cup miso paste, (red)
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 5 tabletop packets of stevia
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tblsp Mirin Cooking Wine
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 salmon fillets
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Brush salmon with glaze.
  5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with a side of steamed green beans or asparagus.
