Serves: Makes 12 Servings

Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Dash salt
- ¾-cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 6 packs of stevia tabletop
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Place baking powder, salt, and flour in a small bowl, whisk to combine thoroughly.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine egg, stevia, honey, and orange zest whisk mixture until smooth.
- Slowly whisk dry mixture into egg mixture.
- When mix is just combined gently whisk in melted butter.
- Place batter in fridge for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Batter should be stiff and fluffy.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Gently place one tablespoon of batter in a Madeleine pan that has been oiled and floured.
- Place tray in the center of oven.
- Bake until cookies are golden brown, about 9 minutes.
