Ingredients
- 6 Tbs. water
- ⅛ cup apricot nectar
- ⅛ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs. crushed pineapple
- ½ Tbs. corn starch
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
- 2 packets stevia
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until mixture comes to a soft boil, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir for 1-2 mintues.
- Transfer sauce to heat safe container and cool.
- Serve with chicken, egg rolls, or tempura.
