Ingredients
- 6 Tbs. raw oats
- 1 ½ cup water
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 Tsp. vanilla
- ¼ Tsp. nutmeg
- ½ Tsp. cinnamon
- ½ Tsp. corn starch
- 2 whole bananas, peeled and frozen
- ¼ cup plain almonds
- 3 packets stevia (PureVia)
Instructions
- Add oats to water and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain oats of excess water.
- Rinse once with hot water and drain again.
- Add cooked oats and remaining ingredients to blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and consistent.
- Serve immediately.
