Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 6 Tbs. raw oats
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ Tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ Tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp. corn starch
  • 2 whole bananas, peeled and frozen
  • ¼ cup plain almonds
  • 3 packets stevia (PureVia)
Instructions
  1. Add oats to water and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Drain oats of excess water.
  3. Rinse once with hot water and drain again.
  4. Add cooked oats and remaining ingredients to blender.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and consistent.
  6. Serve immediately.
